Cambodia

Tyler and I are taking a trip to Cambodia. We leave on November 27th (Thanksgiving day). I need to start to pack....but what to pack? Anyone been to southeast Asia and have any advice? It'll be warm there, so I'm going to take capri's and long pants (to keep the bugs off me) and some long sleeve shirts. Probably no need for bathing suits.... good walking/hiking shoes.... a little black dress for dinners? I doubt we'll be eating anywhere fancy. I'm going to begin to build a tolerance to fish sauce - just so I'm ready. :)
